Pretty much anything that isn't hazardous. Furniture, mattresses, appliances (fridges, washers, dryers, ovens), electronics, e-waste, yard debris, construction debris, hot tubs, pianos, exercise equipment, full estate cleanouts — if you're tired of looking at it, we can take it.

We sort everything responsibly. Anything still useful gets donated to local charities or thrift programs. Recyclable materials (metal, electronics, cardboard) go to the right facilities. Whatever's left is hauled to a licensed disposal site.
The goal is to keep as much out of the landfill as possible — the standard "dump truck" approach is wasteful, and we don't run that way.

1. Make sure the items are accessible (we'll grab them from wherever they are, but if you can clear a quick path, even better).
2. If parking is tight or there's a gate code, let us know in advance.
3. Walk the crew lead through what's going and what's staying when we arrive — that prevents any mix-ups.
